"Make the chain; for the land is full of bloody crimes, and the city is full of violence. Therefore I will bring the worst of the nations, and they shall possess their houses: I will also make the pride of the strong to cease; and their holy places shall be profaned. Destruction comes; and they shall seek peace, and there shall be none. Mischief shall come upon mischief, and rumor shall be upon rumor; and they shall seek a vision of the prophet; but the law shall perish from the priest, and counsel from the elders. The king shall mourn, and the prince shall be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land shall be troubled: I will do to them after their way, and according to their deserts will I judge them; and they shall know that I am Yahweh." (Ezekiel 7:1–27).

"And the fifth poured out his bowl upon the throne of the beast; and his kingdom was darkened; and they gnawed their tongues for pain, and they blasphemed the Elohim of heaven because of their pains and their sores; and they repented not of their works.

"And the sixth poured out his bowl upon the great river, the Euphrates; and the water of it was dried up, that the way might be made ready FOR THE KINGS THAT COME FROM THE SUNRISING. And I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as it were frogs: for they are spirits of demons, working signs; WHICH GO FORTH TO THE KINGS OF THE WHOLE WORLD, to gather them together to the war of the Great Day of Yahweh, the Almighty. (Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.) And they gathered them together into the place which is called in Hebrew Har-Magedon.

"And the seventh poured out his bowl on the air; and there came forth a great voice out of the temple, from the throne, saying, It is done: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunders; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since there were men upon the earth, so great an earthquake, so mighty. And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and Babylon the great was remembered in the sight of Yahweh, to give to her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found. And great hail, every stone about the weight of a talent, comes down out of heaven upon men: and men blasphemed Yahweh because of the plague of the hail; for the plague of it is very great." (Revelation 16:10–21).

A very strong comment is made by the psalmist David in Psalm 9:17–20. "The wicked shall be turned back to Sheol [the grave], even all the nations that forget Elohim. For the needy shall not always be forgotten, nor the expectation of the poor perish forever. Arise, O Yahweh; let not man prevail: let the nations be judged in your sight. Put them in fear, O Yahweh: let the nations know themselves to be but men."

The psalmist implores Almighty Yahweh not to let man prevail, but to let the nations be judged that they may be in fear of Yahweh, to know themselves to be but men and that they are not Elohim. Worldly religion insists that Almighty Yahweh made man in His image. They willfully misinterpret that terminology to mean that they have received a never-dying immortal soul just as Yahweh is eternal and is composed of spirit that can never die. Nevertheless, Almighty Yahweh exclusively exists as the only eternal Being in this universe since He alone dwells in eternity and holds eternal life. "…Which in its own times he shall show, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Sovereign of Rulers; WHO ONLY HAS IMMORTALITY, dwelling in light unapproachable; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power eternal. Amen." (1 Timothy 6:15–16).

Does this passage stand at the direct converse to what you have always believed? Then you must make a decision. Will you believe the Bible, or will you believe popular religious doctrine? The editor chooses to believe the doctrines of the inspired, sacred Scriptures.

The nations of the world are but men. They are not elohim! Yet, today the people of the nations are arrogant, just as the prophet Joel comments in chapter 3, verse 10, "…let the weak say, I am strong." The weak nations today are flexing their muscles. Some day soon Almighty Yahweh will send Yahshua the Messiah back to this earth to judge the world in righteousness and to establish His righteous kingdom here on earth that shall reign forever and ever. We all hope to be in that kingdom!

An Alarming End-time Prophetic Sign

During Yahweh’s Feast of Unleavened Bread when the people of the world should be seeking to eliminate sin from their lives, seeking rather the sound doctrines of the sacred Scriptures so that they can live their lives in obedience to our Father in heaven, the Holland Dutch Senate passed a law on April 10 that made the Netherlands the only country in the world to legalize euthanasia openly.

In one of the publications which the editor receives, there was depicted in a photograph a pathetic figure of an elderly Dutchman standing outside of the Parliament buildings in prayerful attitude holding an image of the Virgin Mary. He was a pathetic-looking figure who was demonstrating against the passage of the euthanasia law, using this Catholic image for impact. Even though there were continuing demonstrations against implementing euthanasia, the Holland legislative body legalized it. What new pathway has now been opened?

The editor has found his pedigree (genealogy) stretching all the way back to the fifteen and sixteen hundreds. The immigration of his forefathers into the United States occurred very early in the immigration period. The immigrants were offered liberty and freedom, not only of religion, but for their personal life. Today the information available on the Internet runs into all kinds of areas of our personal lives. Undoubtedly medical records will soon be available on the Internet for everyone to see, especially the government. Then a similar situation will develop like in the Nazi era of the 1940s when the IBM Unit Record Punch Card Systems were employed by the government to identify Jews and other undesirables for annihilation. The only difference today is that computers can work much more rapidly and with a great deal more information that is readily available. Watch carefully because the prophecy of Revelation 6:7–11 may soon be fulfilled. The only impetus needed is for a crisis of unprecedented scope to strike.

Nations Flex Their Muscles

Just prior to the spring holy days, on March 31, a tragedy occurred when a Chinese fighter plane hit a United States surveillance plane. The United States plane was over international waters at the time. The fighter pilot lost his life in the accident, but the pilot of the American surveillance plane, Lieutenant Shane Osborn, of Norfolk, Nebraska, safely flew the plane to an airstrip on Hainan Island. Immediately the 24 United States crewmen were taken into custody and detained. Finally, after much diplomatic effort, the American crew was released on April 11.

Now China has become difficult, demanding an apology (which was halfheartedly given by the United States to bring the crewmen home). China continues to hold the plane and are undoubtedly dissecting it minutely to learn what American electronics were aboard.

China has been aiming an increasing number of missiles at Taiwan for the past decade or more, demanding that Taiwan rejoin the continental Communist government. The United States has continually supported Taiwan in giving them weapons to defend themselves and also surveillance information. Reports have also appeared that the Chinese have also aimed missiles at the United States of America.

In the news within the past few days, it was announced that North Korea does not like some United States policies, therefore, they have also aimed missiles toward the United States and our military installations.

A tiger is breaking lose in the Far East, and yet according to Bible prophecy it will occur. The nations east of the Euphrates River, THE KINGS THAT COME FROM THE SUNRISING (FROM THE EAST), will come across and be among the 200-million man army that is described in Revelation 9:17. They will attack the army of the Beast.

Middle East Tensions Continue Unabated

One of the major flash points for armed conflict in the world for the past 50 years has been the Middle East. When the United Nations approved the establishment of the nation of Israel for a homeland of the Jews, the Arab peoples immediately resisted the plan and began fighting against the Jews returning to their homeland.

When the editor and his son traveled to Israel in the spring of 2001, we were unable to go into some areas due to current tensions. As a consequence, we came face to face with some of the situations that are confronted daily by the Jewish population of the state of Israel today.

We continue to remind ourselves that according to Psalm 83, and Ezekiel 35 and 36, a Middle Eastern war must erupt before the establishment of the Beast system and the battle of Armageddon can occur. Perhaps it will be this Middle Eastern war that will drive the Western nations to implement the government that will be called the Beast. Whenever news reports appear in the Western world, they are not factual as is well known by the residents of the nation of Israel. The Western news media is very anti-Semitic, as are a number of governments of Western nations. They take a position contrary to allowing the nation of Israel to defend itself against terrorism.

Even in the United Nations, the only member nation that is not allowed to serve on the Security Council is Israel. The United Nations has passed over 200 resolutions against the nation of Israel, even calling them racist. However, the prophets tell us that Yahweh will save the tents of Judah first (Zechariah 12:7). Let us never forget that those who occupy themselves with the burden of Jerusalem will be severely wounded even while all the nations of the earth are gathered together against it (verse 3). Friends, let us not be on the side opposing Almighty Yahweh in the fulfillment of His end-time prophecy. Yahweh will reign supreme over the earth when Yahshua reigns in His Kingdom (Zechariah 14:9).

Death of Second Birth

The idiotic ideas of educated people are sometimes incredible and unbelievable. In Golden, Colorado, an adopted child was being treated for her inability to bond with her adoptive mother. During a therapy session, a psychological therapist, Cornell Watkins, told investigator that he and several others had bound 10 year old Candice Newmaker in a flannel sheet and covered her with pillows forcing her to struggle to breathe like a newborn child. When the terrified girl begged for air, the therapist replied, "You’ve got to fight for it." When she screamed she was dying, they said go ahead and die! In fact, Candice had choked on her vomit and was unconscious. She died in a local hospital. Pleading guilty, two individuals, Watkins and Ponder, face 48 years in prison and the Colorado governor signed a ban against such rebirthing therapy in Colorado, which is now called the Candice Law.

According to the Scriptures, there will be a second birth. It is not when someone accepts True Worship as ch-rchianity interprets John chapter 3. The new birth occurs at the resurrection of the dead when Yahshua the Messiah returns. Then people will be changed from flesh to spirit (Revelation 1:5).

A New Day Is Coming

The nations of the world will some day learn that they are but men, and not elohim. Perhaps it is the concept of Evolution, begun by Charles Darwin, that is responsible for much erroneous thinking in the world today. The final message to the world comes forth in Revelation 11:15. "And the seventh angel sounded; and there followed great voices in heaven, and they said, The kingdom of the world is become the kingdom of our Yahweh, and of his Messiah: and he shall reign forever and ever."

Some day soon Yahshua the Messiah will reign supreme. He will judge the nations. Just reward will be given to the servants, prophets, saints, and all who fear the Name of Yahweh, and He will destroy those who are destroying the earth. Let us pray that we may soon see that day when the nations will serve their king Yahshua the Messiah.

"I saw in the night-visions, and, behold, there came with the clouds of heaven one like a son of man, and he came even to the ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all the peoples, nations, and languages should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed." (Daniel 7:13:14).

Will you be allowed to live in eternity, to experience this glorious new era of peace and productivity? To be accepted in Yahweh’s Kingdom, you must begin now to implement the Kingdom way of life.
