In our day it seems that some of the people who maintain a deep rooted interest in the inspired Scriptures tend to enlarge upon current problems which so obviously exist in society. Possibly this tendency results from an interest in Bible prophecy which is unavoidable in a thorough study of the Bible. It has been suggested that one-third of the Bible is prophecy. Wishful thinking sometimes causes people to read into our times significant things which are only beginning to surface as a preface (trends), portending the time of the end of the age. In reality these are only signs of the times, and they are not the final fulfillment of Bible prophecy on a climactic scale.

We must always be careful to include in our study every pertinent Scripture pertaining to a subject. Consequently, we must bear in mind such Scriptures as Matthew 24:37–39 and 42–44. These passages read, "And as were the days of Noah, so shall be the coming of the Son of man. For as in those days which were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall be the coming of the Son of man.…Watch therefore: for you know not on what day your Master comes. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what watch the thief was coming, he would have watched, and would not have permitted his house to be broken through. Therefore be you also ready; for in an hour that you think not the Son of man comes."

Such passages as these leave no doubt that although the problems are now becoming evident, the certain punishment awaiting disobedient mankind will be sudden, with little advance warning, except for the preaching of the message of truth to all the world as a witness of the impending climax of the age. Luke 21:34–36 drives home this point sharply. "But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts should be overcharged with debauchery, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that day come on you suddenly as a snare: for so shall it come upon all them that dwell on the face of all the earth. But watch you at every season, making supplication, that you may prevail to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."

We must remember how the day and hour of the culmination of man’s age is known to no man, no, not even by the angels in heaven, but by Father Yahweh only. Again, we must realize that the people of Yahweh will not be in the dark beforehand, just as Noah was alert to the imminent danger of judgment during his time through the guidance of the Holy Spirit of Yahweh.

However, the warnings of the signs of the end of the age are evident throughout the world and many different news reports hinting at imminent supernatural judgment keep appearing in the news media. For example, bread prices have now risen to levels unimaginable a quarter century ago. Yet, farmers are receiving only a small portion of that retail price for their grain. This in itself is quite startling when you remember that we are supposed to be living in a land of plenty. But, we have been telling people over the Sacred Name Broadcast for many years that prices of bread (and food in general) would rise to extremely high levels just prior to the end of the age. In Revelation 6:5–6, prophecy tells us that the cost of grain mentioned in this passage will suggest that bread will be costing over $2 (and much more) per loaf before the end. So now you can observe that not only is this message from Almighty Yahweh which we are preaching truthful scripturally, but it is being supported from secular sources which have more accurate statistics available to them to which we do not have access. Just remember, if a severe drought were to strike our country today (as is presently the case in parts of Africa), our food situation would quickly become extremely serious since we have limited reserves available to meet an emergency. With the rapidly escalating energy prices (oil, electricity, natural gas), all commodity prices will escalate sharply unless these energy prices can quickly be brought down.

Have you ever wondered what part you will play in the fulfillment of the prophecies of the last days? The prophet Daniel predicts: "…but the people that know their Elohim shall be strong, and do exploits" (Daniel 11:32). Those who will fulfill these end-time prophecies will be human beings. Those people are alive today and are walking on this earth. They will be used as instruments of the Heavenly Father to witness the truth of His Kingdom on this earth as a warning of impending judgment.

This world today has reached an abysmally low level of immorality and lack of spirituality. The world today is in a state of turmoil such as has never existed before, but if a parallel would be sought we might find one in ancient Rome as it began to fall apart at the seams through the attack of the barbarians and internal decay. Another time might be during the days of Noah, and also the time of Lot, as Yahshua the Messiah predicted in Luke 17:26–30.

And, then there is the subject of the Name of the Almighty Heavenly Father, Yahweh, and His Son, Yahshua our Messiah. According to various Scriptures, this will be the last warning message which will be given to mankind just before the Savior returns. Have you ever seen the importance of the Sacred Name which has been inspired to appear in the Bible? The Name of Yahweh means eternal, endless life, to live forever. When you call upon this revealed Name in obedience to Him, you will receive this priceless gift of everlasting life. We hope that you will take the time to learn this vital lesson now so that you can become associated with the Almighty Heavenly Father who will protect you when He judges the wicked people of this earth.

"Then they that feared Yahweh spoke one with another; and Yahweh listened, and heard, and a book of remembrance was written before him, for them that feared Yahweh, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, says Yahweh of hosts, even my own possession, in the day that I make; and I will spare them, as a man spares his own son that serves him. Then shall you return and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serves Elohim and him that serves him not." (Malachi 3:16–18).

"Remember the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded to him in Horeb for all Israel, even statutes and ordinances. Behold, I will send you EliYah the prophet before the great and terrible day of Yahweh comes. And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and the heart of the children to their fathers; lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." (Malachi 4:4–6).

"For all the elohim of the peoples are idols; but Yahweh made the heavens." (Psalm 96:5).

"And in none other is there salvation: for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, in which we must be saved." (Acts 4:12).
