Following is an excerpt from The Sacred Name Broadcaster.

Cover January 2002

"But the END of all things is at hand: therefore be of a sound mind, and be sober to prayer: above all things being fervent in your love among yourselves; for love covers a multitude of sins: … For the time has come for judgment to begin at the House of Elohim: and if it begin first at us, what shall be the END of them that do not obey the good tidings of Yahweh? And if the righteous is scarcely saved, where shall the lawless and sinner appear? Therefore let them also that suffer according to the will of Yahweh commit their souls in well-doing to a faithful Creator." (1 Peter 4:1–8, 17–19).

The apostle Peter uses the term "end" several times in the fourth chapter of his epistle. Note Verses 6, 7 and 17. "What shall be the end of them that do not obey the good tidings of Yahweh? For the time has come for judgment to begin at the House of Elohim: and if it begin first at us, what shall be the end of them that do not obey the good tidings of Yahweh?" He answers the question by noting that if the righteous is scarcely saved, where shall the lawless and sinner appear? The obvious answer is—in the Gehenna fire of Yahshua’s judgment. We must commit ourselves to a faithful Creator, living the life of a child of Yahweh the Most High, Deuteronomy 14:1.

Are we not in the last days, since the signs are all around us? Why cannot we discern that we must be aware of the depravity the minds of unconverted men can conceive?

It was a huge shock to the economy of the United States when the bankruptcy of the Enron Corporation of Houston, Texas, was announced. Apparently, this will be the largest bankruptcy of any United States company that has ever occurred. It had been a company that had invested in various energy businesses. Enron had lost billions of dollars in it’s various partnerships that were not counted on the company books; therefore, the Enron Company no longer remained solvent. Enron had entered into partnerships with the California Public Employees Retirement System and with other entities to finance its business ventures. Many pension funds had invested heavily in Enron stocks.

From their vantage point in foreign countries, the people of the world believe that the streets of America are paved with gold. Foreign people believe that, if they could just get to America, they can realize the American dream and get rich. Some individuals do get rich here in America, but it is usually only something that happens infrequently. Those who roll up their sleeves, working hard to get ahead, usually realize only modest wealth.

As the editor has long explained, the only people who really make a lot of money on Wall Street are the insiders. Rumor and fact are always floating around among the individuals who control the stock market, enabling those who can distinguish between the two to discover which direction the market is moving before it develops. Then they can buy or sell at the right time to make the most money.

There is so much going on in the world today that should not be ignored. The Middle Eastern Arabs should not be attacking America. Muslims should not be attacking Israel. Israel was restored to their original homeland in 1948 and yet the terrible struggle between the Israelis and the Arabs continues since then. The Israelis are also involved in a battle against terrorism, but on a smaller scale than is the United States. Nevertheless, the sources of the terrorism are similar. Remember that a regional war will erupt in the Middle East that will immediately precede the establishment of the Beast System of Revelation 13. That regional war is currently lurking and could burst upon the world scene at almost any moment. Are you prepared for the terrible events that will occur in the last days?

The Saudi Arabians appear to be heavily involved in world terrorism, although quietly, covertly, and latently. It is a situation to watch carefully, because of the huge amount of oil money they continue to collect from the United States and other countries of the world.

The descendants of Ishmael continue to exhibit the character traits predicted for him and his descendants. This prediction was made by the Angel of Yahweh to Hagar, the mother of Ishmael, before he was even born. "And he shall be as a wild ass among men; his hand shall be against every man, and every man’s hand against him; and he shall dwell over against all his brethren." (Genesis 16:12). If the descendants of Ishmael are not in conflict with foreigners, they are fighting each other. The descendants of Ishmael claim to be the rightful owners of the land called Palestine, hoping to drive out the Israelis. But, Yahweh will save the tents of Judah first, Zechariah 12:7.

The description of the end of the age, and the turnover to a new government is found prophesied in Daniel 7:23–28: "Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all the kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces. And as for the ten horns, out of this kingdom shall ten kings rise: and another shall arise after them; and he shall be diverse from the former, and he shall put down three kings. And he shall speak words against the Most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High; and he shall think to change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and half a time. But the judgment shall be set, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it to the end. And the kingdom and the dominion, and the greatness of the kingdoms under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High: his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him. Here is the END of the matter. As for me, Daniel, my thoughts much troubled me, and my countenance was changed in me: but I kept the matter in my heart."

Yahshua the Messiah will soon return to reign supreme in righteousness over the world, as is prophesied in Isaiah 9:6–8.
